Vans is continuing its 2026 hot streak by revisiting its most iconic DNA. Following the success of the recent Engineered Garments collaboration, the “Off The Wall” team has officially released the Vans Premium Slip-On 98 in a stunning “Pearlized Indigo” (Blue) colorway.

Part of the ongoing Pearlized Pack, this release elevates the original 1977 “Style 98” silhouette with high-end craftsmanship and subtle, jewelry-inspired detailing that has become a hallmark of Vans’ premium tier this year.

The “Pearlized Indigo” Slip-On 98 balances the rugged utility of a skate shoe with the refined aesthetics of a boutique collectible. The Upper part is dressed in a rich, deep Blue (Indigo) canvas, the material is sourced from high-density textiles that offer better durability and a more structured shape than the standard classic.

Staying true to the collection’s theme, the shoe features pearl-like jewel accents subtly integrated into the design, providing a sharp contrast against the deep indigo panels. As a “98” reissue, the shoe features a higher gloss foxing tape, a 100% cotton drill lining, and a more original “Vans Style 98” shape that mimics the pairs seen on the feet of 1970s Dogtown legends. Despite the vintage look, the interior is upgraded with a modern Sola Foam ADC insole, ensuring these are comfortable for all-day wear.
